Anthropic has formed a partnership with Teach For All to deliver AI tools and educational programs to teachers across 63 nations. The AI Literacy & Creator Collective (LCC) will provide over 100,000 educators and alumni from Teach For All's network-reaching more than 1.5 million students-with opportunities to gain AI skills and customize Claude for classroom applications.

Teach For All represents a worldwide network of independent educational organizations focused on improving educational access. After 15 years of growth, it has become one of the largest communities of teachers working in schools with limited resources. The network includes groups such as Teach For India, Enseña Chile, and Teach For Nigeria-each managed locally while maintaining shared objectives and collaborative connections.

Collaborative Learning Foundation

The partnership's unique characteristic lies in its methodology. Educators are not simply recipients of AI technology but active participants influencing its development. Via the AI LCC, Anthropic offers Claude access, while teachers contribute practical insights that guide product improvements.

Wendy Kopp, CEO of Teach For All, explained that meaningful integration of AI in education requires teachers to guide its implementation and development. The collaboration enables educators throughout their network to directly engage with and learn from these technologies while contributing to their advancement.

Michael Gilmore, COO of Teach for Australia, highlighted that the partnership between Teach For All's practical expertise and Anthropic's technical knowledge creates valuable educational opportunities, with plans for continued involvement in 2026.

Educator Innovations

A Liberian educator, initially unfamiliar with AI, participated in the AI LCC's training sessions on AI fundamentals. Soon after, she developed an interactive climate education program for schools in Liberia using Claude Artifacts-features that allow Claude to create applications, games, or visual tools instantly.

In Bangladesh, an instructor teaching Grade 6 and 7 students-with more than half facing challenges in basic math-created a game-based mathematics application featuring competitive elements, rankings, and experience point systems.

Across the network, a clear trend emerges: educators with deep understanding of their students' needs can create specialized tools for them.

Rosina Bastidas, technology instructor at Enseña por Argentina, noted that using Claude through the community program greatly enhanced her teaching methods. She has created several educational tools and is developing interactive digital environments for high school students that align with educational standards.

The benefits reach organizational leadership too. Oscar Onuoha, IT Lead at Teach For Nigeria, emphasized that the collaboration has linked them with groups facing comparable technological challenges, fostering valuable insights about ethical AI adoption. He expressed appreciation for Anthropic's support of nonprofit organizations exploring new technologies.

AI Literacy and Creator Collective Structure

The collective functions through three integrated initiatives.

The AI Fluency Learning Series, created alongside Anthropic's education specialists, includes six live sessions addressing AI understanding, Claude functions, and real-world classroom uses. The initial series in November 2025 drew over 530 participants.

Claude Connect serves as the community's continuous education platform-over 1,000 teachers from 60+ nations share prompts, applications, and insights through regular collaborative exchanges.

Claude Lab caters to educators seeking advanced engagement. This experimental environment provides teachers with Claude Pro features for testing classroom implementations. Members attend monthly meetings with Anthropic's team and can directly influence Claude's development plans. The program attracted over 200 applicants in its first four days.

Expanding Anthropic's Educational Efforts

This collaboration extends Anthropic's educational partnerships globally. In Iceland, Anthropic introduced one of the earliest nationwide AI education programs. In Rwanda, working with government officials and ALX, Anthropic brought AI learning opportunities to numerous African learners. Through involvement with the White House Taskforce on AI Education, Anthropic supports AI skill development for American students and teachers.

Future Outlook

As AI reshapes knowledge creation and distribution, educators remain crucial in helping students adapt. Partnership participants demonstrate the possibilities: environmental education materials from Liberia, mathematics games from Bangladesh, and interactive learning environments from Argentina.

Anthropic's commitment focuses on guaranteeing that teachers everywhere, regardless of resource availability, can influence and access AI's educational benefits.
